Interesting. How does it attach? Doesn't come with wheel presumably?

If Phil isn’t keen, I’d take the Brooks panniers if split… and (like a circling vulture) will you be selling the Pace, or is that a keeper?

I have a wheel for it - Mavic rim to Hope hub, and it's a custom skewer that you put in the rear wheel which it then latches to.

The panniers are the Brooks Lands End and John O'Groats ones, which IIRC were around a ton each. Trailer to include a wheel.

Sorry everyone who was interested- I bought this to go with the Time Machine and if possible I’d like it to stay as a part of that project, it was displayed at Bespoked with it so it’s part of its history.

👌 sorry I didn't text yesterday

This is fascinating. Does it achieve anything more than a front rack would?

Holy shit that is the coolest paintjob I’ve ever seen

The idea was not to put weight on the front axle, and also to look at clearances - the geometry is modelled on a Cannondale System Six (the original one) so it's not exactly a long-wheelbase, touring frame. A lot of attention was paid to avoiding toe/mudguard clash for example.
With the trailer you can use smaller panniers on the rear rack, then large ones on the trailer, to give a lot of storage without "fuck I keep kicking my bag" problems.
£50? I've got a full set of Brooks Panniers that I should also sell, two small and two large.
I'd do some sort of deal for the whole lot.
