Dogs off leads in places where dogs must be kept on leads and dogs in places where dogs aren't allowed.
I'm sure your dog is lovely and just wants to be friendly but lots of people don't want your dog around for lots of reasons and have picked that bit of the park/beach/whatever.
Also dogs running free in a field of sheep? FFS!
