Been doodling again.. just copying random photos from Google..
I picked up a small 6x4 watercolour pad off Amazon with 50 sheets in it.. very handle and portable..

Love the castle. I'm super envious of people who can use watercolours like you can, such lightness and deftness.

Superb

Thanks, but I don't know about lightness or even skill. I have a small kit with one brush with water in the handle.. so no mess or fuss and can just colour in as needed.. pic below..

Makes me want to break my watercolours out. I used to have fun using masking fluid (would recommend experimenting if you’ve not yet tried it)

@Technics100 love the water colours, so impressed by all the work people are doing. Basic question, what is the long tipped thingy immediately next to the colour set, is that a brush? not seen anything like it before
-
• #1664
It’s a brush that has a water reservoir. I ruined mine by turning it in to an Indian ink brush pen!

ooh fancy!!! cheers

@Technics100 @eskay thank you. They're good fun to paint

yeah a brush that came with the set.. handy as it holds the water, so just squeeze a bit onto the paint and water it down.. wipe on sponge to clean before the next colour.. really makes it quick and handy..

Super. Really.

Painting is a process, I believe. Mood switch on this one.

And worked on this one as well. Small steps will lead to something in the end, I believe.
