What's the transmission setup on this? Do you have a build thread?
I have a caad7 saeco i would love to convert in 1x10/11 flat bar and I cannot find the right mix of bits

NDS fail.
Looks like Ultegra so you'll have to ditch the rear mech and get ANY matching rear shifter and derailleur combo.
SRAM is cheap as chips and yeah Shimano compatible if your chain and cassette are not worn.
Either keep the front derailleur as a chain keeper or get some narrow-wide chainring and single ring chainring bolts to make the swap.
Honestly can't see why 1× unless you're going on trails/Enduro etc to prevent the chain from dropping on the chainring.
Chain and cassette wears much quicker, noisy drivetrain and yeah you'll replace chain and cassette much more often.

7800 chainset with 44t race face narrow wide, scrap 11 speed XT mech, SLX 10 speed shifter, deore 10 speed 11-46 cassette
Shimano fibbed when they said 10 & 11 speed MTB wasn’t compatible.
Cheapest option is deore 10 speed you can do 11-42 or 11-46, 11 speed deore you can do 11-51.
Saeco CAAD would make a great FBRB.

Dura-ace and a Simoncini Pista on the same page. Am I misunderstanding this genre? Or is it post-ironic?

@coventry_eagle @TM Thanks for the guidance, I ended up buying a semi-complete r7000 105 groupset as I hope this riser caad7 build will help me go back to road cycling

Made the most of the nice weather yesterday evening and did a job I've been planning on for ages - combining all the decent parts from my two cheap runaround bikes into one slightly rough but decent SS. Didn't need two bikes that did basically the same job, and it frees a space in the shed for something new...

Would look (and ride) even better with a horizontal saddle and some grips
