Bad traders

if buyer says they need £xx final price then add 4% on top and pay as G&S ?

Chat about it before the deal is done? Never assume etc...

I thought the rules said a seller can’t force F&F, therefore it’s assumed to be part of the cost? I always factor it into the price and assume fees will hit me, therefore price accordingly unless meeting in person/able to physically see the goods before buying/selling.
