That's a nice round number but I'd also get the frame pump too if you're going for the toolkit too.
It's less of an issue for many but I do like to have a pull loop for the luggage block too... makes it easier to remove the bag.

Pull loop for the luggage block?

This sort of thing.
I've the Restrap one on one bike and I have a DIY one fashioned from a voile strap on my other.
Some people use a cable tie or two... some etsy sellers have smart leather ones... just removes the need to reach under or behind the bag to pull the bag release catch. -

nah, useless, pump is a good shout
i dont have one and I lost my brompton toolkit but I never ride without bag and I have stuff inside that (same bag as you are buying)

"useless"- I use mine every time I remove my bag!
If you buy into the need for fuss-free and fast unfolding and refolding and such, then there's the saddle height sleeve insert, little ez-clamp widgets for the clamps and there's the luggage block pull tab... all of which shave nanoseconds off your folding and unfolding times... nanoseconds that might add a minute onto your life one day... might not be a significant amount of time to do anything with other than telling one last crude joke on your deathbed... worth it imo.

I've got pretty comprehensive toolkits, but I don't have one with a ring ended spanner - which is why that toolkit might be a useful thing to live in the bike.

Ok, anyone have a promo code they'd like to fire over?

They've yet to convince me to buy it yet... I reckon if I actually ever do need to change a flat or use an actual tool on a Brompton I'll fuck it off in favour of folding it up and taking public transport instead!

• #13265
there are two different pumps.
the rear frames are slightly different.
i don't think the older zefal one fits on the newer p-line models.
someone correct me if i'm wrong? -

BUY NOW AND SPREAD THE COST WITH KLARNA.
-
• #13269
I'd rather just buy it rather than creating a credit agreement.
I'm assuming that promo codes are hens teeth?
-
• #13270
There are referral codes if you Google, but no idea who else benefits from them.

Properly singlespeeded my Brompton after last week's bodge - a worn sprocket lead to chain slip, over the bars, concussion and stitches. Now with a new 14t for 64" which feels pretty good. Giving the Conti Urban Contacts a go too.
Scuffed my saddle in the crash, does anyone have a good condition stock saddle spare?

I am sure the 5th floor where once of this parish? -

Great bike.
There'll be plenty of threads to dredge through... 5th Floor history garners mixed opinions.
Also have the SpeedDial clamps (I didn’t know the ezyclips existed) and they’re great once they’re set up - everything is just dialled in perfectly so you don’t have to think about it when folding or unfolding, which IMHO makes multi-modal transport so much more appealing
