I bought this a couple of years ago after we had a leak from the upstairs neighbors. Have used it to dry laundry every now and then since but not getting much use since I moved to a flat with a dryer.
Note that the humidity sensor is not functioning currently. The unit dehumidifies as usual but it does not display the room humidity anymore. Its probably not too hard to swap but I've never bothered as I had a separate temperature/humidity monitor.
Also included is one HEPA filter with decent amount of life left. They seem to be going for 150 ish on ebay.
I think £75 is reasonable
