Needs mudguards, dynamo lights, front basket... was contemplating getting a stainless rack for the rear, tubus fly maybe.
Thinking of mounting the Wald to the front lowrider, would that be unwise? Seems pretty solid

Makes me think of the Carhartt/Pelago bike from a while back that looked Hammerite-d

why not mount the wald basket with its hardware on the lowrider eyelets instead?

Sick build, clean and looks super fun.
Whatever you do with the basket, give it a good push down after to make sure it does not move under load.
You probably already know this, I initially didn't when I did mine and thankfully read up on what to do before riding and yeah, it touched the tyre when I sat on it.
Bit extreme yeah but not taking any chances of the rack/basket applying unexpected brake when it fails.
Glad to say, I've carried 2 Ć 10kg bags of rice with no issue since. Would have been bad had I not checked. Also when I carried someone on it too for lols, could have been tears.

Yes. That is unlikely. We've all let ourselves down.

Very nice. Liking all the silver stuff. Where did you get the nice slim spacers that match the diameter of the bullhorn steerer clamp?

Can't recall whether they were from me, but several other users of that bar/stem are using my spacers, and sometimes top cap too.

Not sure where to ask this question.
What do you guys think about buying second hand(ofc) Cannondale Supersix from 2013 with Shimano Ultegra? Does a 10 years old carbon frame still makes sense or is it better to go with something newer in alloy?

Does a 10 years old carbon frame still makes sense
If it isn't damaged, yes. Both my plastic bikes are more than a decade old, and people are still riding early Looks from the 90s

A few things left to complete. I need to find an answer to the rear brake cable routing, lots of mudguard fettling, a correctly sized seatpost, front basket, etc. I may change to standard risers too. Not sure yet.
Should be very practical and fun.

I have a band-on brake stop on order but a little concerned about the thicc top-tube. If anyone has successfully found a way around this for v-brakes, I would be all ears.

Nice!
Maybe use one of these?

That says gear but there are brake equivalent out there.

Thanks! A bit of google-ing let me to the same place so I have one of those on order. Only concern is the max tubing size is 34.9 so I might need to run it with a longer bolt. Also the top tube is slightly oval, so it might not clamp evenly. We'll see.
Grammo looks good on there. I'm wondering what to do with mine as the paint is super fragile. Every time I use it, it flakes more and more.
