Before you read the rest, long story short, buy this!
And surely 12 x 1 must mean the thread pitch will be 1? The 34 is the length/drop of the mech hanger.
You've got it! The M12 part is obviously 12mm diameter, the 1 is thread pitch. So you need a thru axle with a 1.0 thread pitch.
I've looked up your rear dropouts and insert and found this:
Dropouts.
Insert.Your NDS dropout is 10mm thick, your DS dropout + insert is 15mm thick. Since you'll be using 142mm width hubs, adding the 3 together you'll need a (10+15+142=)167mm skewer.
The link to the DT Swiss skewer wouldn't work because it's too short according to this.
The shimano one wouldn't work since it uses a proprietary "nut".Regarding DT Swiss you can either use HWQASM00S2961S or HWQASM00S0233S, but these are pretty hard to find, but found one here.
You could also switch to 1.5 thread pitch by buying one of these.
Hope it helps, maybe a bit to much info?

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I ordered one of those Robert Axle Project axles yesterday that will hopefully work. https://www.sjscycles.co.uk/hub-spares/robert-axle-project-lightning-bolton-rear-axle-m12-x-10-167172mm/

Perfect!
Maybe it's time for LFGSS to start defining a thru axle standard. For instance, from now on LFGSS members are only allowed to buy frames which use 163mm long M12x1.5 skewers. And only forks which use 121mm long M12x1.5 skewers.

Thanks fellas. I do enjoy it. Here's two from a few months ago.
Will be doing some upgrades next season with new groupset, wheels and just about everything else. Been using the same parts for a few years now. I feel it's time to transition to hydraulic, tubeless etc. Do some weightweenie-ing as well.

Still rolling. Haven't made that many changes over the years. Some small bits and bobs.
Been thinking of getting a new fancy groupset but then the current one haven't given me any issues at all. They're so gadamn expensive nowadays too.

Bang bang bang!!!
Not at all, what's stupid is the lack of information!
Yeah that makes more sense.
