The wristiest sportsbike I've ever ridden, small but dense and very heavy steering....I've had a good few goes on my mates and didn't gel with it. The engine feels a bit flat and you need to keep them on the boil to make any progress. My old 900ss strolls away from it.
I'd love a go on an 848, I bet a few extra cubes makes all the difference. -

TBH this is the way I'd normally go.
For the two bikes I've bought, I took out day insurance both times. I appreciate it may not always be price appropriate, but I don't remember it costing much.

Ok so I'm hoping the weather is good enough to clean and photograph the Honda this weekend. I'll advertise it for sale, and hopefully pick up a Ducati 748, scratch that itch and then get back to bicycling before the summer is over.

What's the etiquette for test rides when someone views? Cash in hand or car keys?
