Thank you to @π π π £π £ (don't think that worked), anyway, they generously messaged me to say the frame is a Concept design, as per the head tube. Can't find much on them but safe to say it is a reasonable quality frame and isn't an Apollo.

GLWS! If I didnt have other projects on I might have been tempted to take this β¦
This frame has chunky welds, is very light and is configured for cantis, with thread points for canti studs and a cable hanger. I will measure it in a bit but my guess is 19" seattube. The cable stops are riveted and run along the top tube. It is 1 1/8 head tube so will go with the steel 26" unthreaded fork I also have, also canti/ V specific and in silver. The barebones of a 26" project? Β£45 Camberwell or Kent
