You don't see that? His front wheel is coming up level with Philpsen when he swings right. It's not like he'd need to stop, just scrub a little speed, instead he decided to keep his speed, move sideways and in doing so pushed Dege off the road. He went for a gap which closed, I'm not saying he intentionally pushed Dege off but it's still his fault.
