Does anyone have any experience of using thyme as a lawn substitute?
I'm not sure why I'm asking about a lawn substitute, as I actually want a small square of it to break up a patio a bit like:
In particular any specific experience of varieties - I've had a search but wondered how it had faired irl - getting too big, too woody when you've controlled it, higher than you expected etc.
