Rab is the only UK company that will do repairs on their stuff at quite cheap rates, I have had my 2016 Xenon repaired by them 3 times. I tried to do the same with Arcteryx and they requested me to send it to their repair centre in Switzerland at my cost then they will assess the cost of repair etc. I was tempted to bin the jacket in front of their sales person. Not sure what its like for Patagonia.
No accesible repair = no buy
