After stuffing the EHRC with their own shills the Tories are now trying to rewrite the equalities act to remove legal protections for trans people. Apparently two of the Legal Directors have also recently resigned as the government have ignored their advice on the proposed changes.

Im not sure anything needs changing.
But (here we go) surely everyone is entitled to a safe space? These are, by design, exclusionary.
This is the problem when we strive to always please everyone, someone isnt going to be pleased, how do we decide who they should be putting first. How could we do that more reasonably?
(Not suggesting the Tories are being reasonable, god forbid, im asking a genuine question, what could we do instead?) -

The Grauniad story appears to be a misreading of how the Equalities Act actually operates... Culture wars clickbait.

There've been two driverless taxi firms operating in San Francisco since last June. Nobody's died. But sometimes the taxis block the road by stopping when a human driver would have kept going. https://apnews.com/article/driverless-cars-robotaxis-waymo-cruise-tesla-684556379bb57425c8fdf35268e8046d?taid=642dc753892d450001001b75&utm_campaign=TrueAnthem&utm_medium=AP&utm_source=Twitter

That packaging is shit, you have to re-mince it yourself to use it.
-
• #81762
No-one needs to be buying mince these days
-
• #81763
Precisely this
-
• #81764
Tbf it does look more like a rectangular burger than mince
Lol at the comments that it looks to "medical" and meaty though, people not enjoying being confronted with the reality of what they are eating
-
• #81765
You don't. I prod it a little more than the old packaging but it's basically the same.
-
• #81766
What should I be using to make spag bol?
-
• #81767
Exactly.
"Feels very medical - like I've just bought someone's kidney to cook at home," he added.
Yes, exactly.

Its definitely one of the trickier things to recreate - the best meat free substitute I've found is clearspring organic soya mince, which does the texture thing very well and then just rely on the other ingredients to bring flavour

Lentils

Other shoppers did not mince their words when writing reviews on the Sainsbury's website.
Excellent
