It’s like, ‘finish as high as we can, regroup in the summer, have a good pre-season, go again.’ He’s an English manager, who’s been unbelievable for Brighton for so long, but he gets quickly forgotten because a few bad games at Chelsea.

"Ultimately, you need the time. Look at what Arteta had – all of a sudden Arsenal are top of the league. With that squad that Chelsea have, that could have been them. You can’t tell me that Arsenal have a better squad than Chelsea, so you’d be thinking, give him time. The way he took Brighton from one level to another tactically. Chelsea are a much better squad – you’ve got better individuals to do that with."
