Very interested in this- what year is the frame?
-
• #9
it's wild how accustomed i've gotten to longish n' slackish geo
-
• #10
Not sure I’m afraid - can message you the serial number if it helps. Doesn’t seem to have the year on it.
It’s 1-1/8” steerer and qr, so not super modern but looks like they basically kept it the same spec for a long time. -

I think it's one of the early swifts with a slightly shorter a2c on the fork, but it's just a hunch.

This is a bargain

Sorely tempted... Sold my one to @SasenFrAsen 5 years ago for pretty much the same amount 😂 and instantly regretted it. Need to check if I've the bits to build it up still.
-
• #19
Have you got a price in mind for the wheels (as and when you sell the f&f)?

Got a price in mind for the brakes?
-
• #22
Ok cool - I’ll keep an eye on this thread
-
• #23
F&F is sold, so wheels are yours if you want them.
-
• #24
Might hold on to the brakes for the moment actually

Cheers! I’m currently waiting to see what SS frame I end up with - will PM as and when.
Update - F&F sold, still selling the following bits:
Crankset bundle -
Cranks - DMR
Chainring - Wolftooth NW
BB - Praxis
£70 > £65 > £60
Bars - Easton Monkey Bar EA70
£15
Selling my Singular Swift, size large.
It's such a fun bike - capable offroad, and due to the fairly steep geo and low weight for a mtb (around 11ish kg), it's pretty fun to ride around on the road too. Useful for gravel type routes where you end up spending half the time riding on road between the good bits.
The frame and fork are well used, with at least 2 forum owners before me, and it does have plenty of scratches and a couple of dents that haven't worried me while I've owned it. Structurally it still seems very sound.
Has an eccentric BB and a mech hanger so can be run SS or geared.
Rear tyre, brakes, rotors, seat and pedals are all new. Rotors/pads could do with a bit of bedding in.
Now splitting:
Frame and fork with CK headset: £230 SOLD
Frame and fork: £180 SOLD
Happy to post F&F at cost.
Whole bike is collection only from Shortlands (near Beckenham), SE London
£570 > £550 > £530 > £520 > £500 or near offer > SPLIT / SOLD
