it's more that the dome is very shallow
3:1 diameter to height vs. 3.4:1 for a normal button 🙂
I know what you mean, but the Probolt ones are meant to be unobtrusive when securing flat body panels to the underlying structure, I just think the width against a round down- or seat-tube is going to create a snagging hazard.
