I rent an office in a small building.
Today they had a plumber come round to fix something, elsewhere in the building.
In the process of fixing it, they somehow burst a pipe directly above my room.
Almost everything inside my office has been soaked through and destroyed. Probably about £25k worth of equipment. I don't have insurance on this stuff.
Do I have any rights to get the equipment replaced?
