You can use a grub screw for blanking, but as it has no stop you might need thread lock to stop it walking in or out. Nylon is ideal as it won't corrode and you can easily drill it out when you mash the slot trying to unscrew it. You might even admit defeat before you even start and screw it in partially then slice it off flush for a really neat and clean plug.
