£25 Randonneur drops 31.8 clamp, 36ish cm at the hoods, 42cm at the drops

£30 Bullhorns plus stem, 26mm clamp. Bars 36cm at the ends, stem 80mm long. If split, £15 for stem and £20 for bars.
