The buyer now has legal title
I remember reading words to this effect when I last had the patience to read through eBay's FAQ - probablay 2002-2004. Does it hold water legally, do you think? eBay are obviously keen to describe their legitimacy but I'm genuinely curious about whether it's water tight.

As far as I am aware there is a contract of sale that has been completed. Offer, acceptance, consideration and all that.
The buyer now has legal title of your trailer so its his. eBay's job is done so not sure what they can do unless they have something in their terms and conditions.
