Is this a scam? I am selling a car trailer, someone bought it last night then immediately messaged me saying "oh it was a mistake I need to cancel" but the payment has gone through - my knowledge is a bit hazy but shouldn't they formally request a cancellation of the sale, rather than just a shonky message? Going to sit tight for 24 hours and see what happens. Although of course my item isn't showing for sale grrrrr. sodding eBay I should have known better...
