I asked on here 7 years ago what the benefits of Mastersounds weights were and there was a bit of audio quality chat, but after a month of using them the biggest thing for me is ehe extra control surface you get from the knurling around the top to really gently adjust speed when you're DJing. I'd never actually seen anyone using them like that til just before I got them.
