These didn't turn out as expected but I'm still pleased with them. Against my wife's advice, I wore them a fortnight ago for a 'date night', and we ended up in an old school garage rave!

I NikeId'd them after not really getting on with some Diadora Heritage trainers, that I bought the year before.

Nice display case in JD at Westfield. I really want some BWs again. Remember getting a pair in Brixton when I was 18 one pay day and then spontaneously going to Fabric that evening. Needless to say, they were ruined. Still worth it though. Interesting that the prop in the display case is a rave tapepack!

Recently grabbed some nice 95s. Never had some before. Looking forward to wearing both of them once my Achilles is healed.

Didn't expect to like these but quite like the style to be honest. Hadn't heard of this company before, although it seems like there's still quite a bit of shoe making up in Northampton.

Couple of pairs of BW also wrecked in the early 90s disco bubble. 180s and huaraches also wrecked. That fag ash and split beer disco dirt really wasn't good for trainers.

Edit to add.. a friend discovered his father's original 1s which had only been worn in the gym a few times and wrecked them in one evening in the late 90s disco dirt.

Question for sneakerheads... would Nike ID mens and womens sizing be the same? I'm quite keen on ordering some all white Cortez and the only way to get is womens Nike ID at present...

Also here are some Adi2000 I've been wearing lately and love dearly.

Some silhouettes have narrower profile for women's shoes compared to mens (I did an accidental deep dive into AF1 variants and that was one of the key differences)
Also sizing is gender specific iirc mens are 1 larger (women's 5 would be men's 6, but then children's 5 (adult size) differs to women's 5 (MrsDeth has been caught out)

Basically, yes and no but also maybe.

Unless in NA sizes, then it's two sizes smaller
