a very nice option to di2 your 1x11 post mount bike.
For example, I ran this on a 2014 croix de fer with di2 internally routed and brake hoses external, so hydro hoses are still connected, would work for a medium to large frame.
the TRP brakeset is used with wear but works well, it doesn't suffer from shimano hydro afflictions, one bleed lasts forever.
the derailleur is used with some scratches, but very average to good for a rear D.
the trp integrated fitting kit is new ( i used the buttons on the handlebars )
the sprint buttons are used, but they are buttons, they work.

Not too familiar with di2, do you also need a junction box and battery to make this work?

yes. a battery, two junction boxes ( one for charging and one just for connecting battery, derailleur and the cockpit elements) , 2 or 3 of wires depending on setup ( assuming battery in seatpost )
