What sort of budget?
Longines do some lovely ladies autos , and then of course omega constellation in a mind boggling array of sizes and all sorts of prices.

I guess unless you are Rupert Murdoch you don’t get too many 25th anniversary’s so budget probably less of a criteria than finding something she really likes and would wear at least semi regularly (and it was a hard ‘no’ to Cartier and JLC Reverso when I oh so casually showed her some photos).
