    Arguably those would be fixed by legalising it.

  • A friend of mine had a smoke of the legal weed in Canada and said it is quite a bit weaker than what he normally smokes over here (UK). If it was legalised here and they got the price right then hopefully people would switch and the really strong gear would be less sought after (maybe).

    I think the strength thing is a big issue. Bar some outliers and a bit of bravado when people are young, I don't think I've heard people clamouring for weed that melts your face.

    However, as a starting point if we adopted a harm-based approach to drug legislation they you could keep skunk and spice at higher classifications which are illegal and allow for legalised lower strength cannabis. Purely vibe-based opinion, but if that happened I bet you'd see use of high strength cannabis drop off a cliff.
