Was just going to ask what your microwave plans are.
It's worth considering your need to use a microwave when the oven is still hot from use.
We warm milk for the kids of an evening, usually while dinner is in the oven so having a standard oven and a combi was our best solution. I'd like to use the combi as an oven more as its smaller and heats quicker but it's just in use as a microwave too damn frequently.

I have just found this now, which has me super excited. It's discontinued, by there appear to be some in stock in random places.
Panasonic combi 1000w microwave oven, with steam. Meaning we can free up some storage from the second oven, and from the microwave (which we will probably replace with an air fryer...).
I think I still want a second, just not a large / standard sized one.
