Do it!! But not the cheap ones. Go shimano or go vintage. I have coasters on all my track bikes now. It’s literally the best mod. All the skids, none of the stress on already bad knees and no stupid brake levers. My dream is to buy a 496 track and put a coaster brake with an aerodisc cover on it.
Also those fixie inc frames ride pretty ok if you ditch the ugly unicorn fork.

Been sweeping through local ads for a while, but so far zero proper second-hand coaster brake wheels, only 26", wide, steel rim monstrosities haha. I kinda wanna just buy a cheap one from Santafixie to see how it goes... although I'm in no rush with this at all. We'll see, I might even build one, never done that before and gotta start somewhere.
One day I'll be in the book of Guinness world records as the man who took the worst pictures of his bikes.
Anyways, I might have changed my mind selling this lol. Rides way nicer with risers. Now I'm thinking about getting a coaster brake rear wheel...
