Hi Vello,
I live local and would be interested in buying this as I’ve been looking for one for a while. Would it be possible to come and have a look with a friend who knows more about these machines than I do?
Many thanks
Duncan

We just never use this, sadly.
Bought it about 18 month ago, with the tank leaking at the seal between the two halves. Repaired it successfully with the official water rower kit. Also gave it a good clean as it had been in storage for a long time.
But, the machine ended up left mostly unused at our house in the worst environment possible: the conservatory, which get mad hot in the summer, and with the light, algae developed. Another consequence is that the junction between the two halves has now started leaking again.
It's good in a sense because the needed re-sealing is a perfect occasion to open the tank and get rid of the algae. My mistake was not to add immediately the special tablets as I first re filled it. I've got a bunch of these that are included in the sale, as well as the original computer (that doesn't work and that I've removed) and the original owner 's invoice and booklet.
There are couple of cracks on the top half of the tank, but these do not leak (when in use or standing vertically).
It's an older model with the stainless steel paddles, not the current plastic ones (they look like plastic to me, maybe they're some fancy resin things).
The machine (apart from the tank issues described above) is in decent condition, the timber looks nice, the mechanic is sound. If we had a better place to keep it than the conservatory, I'd repair it again and try to use it, it's a cool object really.
The kit to repair the seal cost £35 on the water rower website. The repair is very well explained on YouTube videos, and, with a bit of focus and patience, an easy thing to do really.
£150-now £145, pick up only in Beckenham. If you're not a million miles away and without a car, I might be able to help.
