What time is it? Watches and horology

The crown on my Rolex has come off and doesn’t seem to want to go back on - cue scrabbling around on a hotel room floor looking for it as it pinged off.

Have used Alsal in the past for servicing but any other recommendations for fixing a 30ish year old Rolex?
