  • I am sure I will enjoy riding..my concern is mostly about storage. My neighbour has 2 motorbikes and never had any issues so I think I need to get used to having a bike living outside. On another note do you think it would be possible to lift the GSD and carry over 7-8 steps.?I want to test ride the HSG, Quick Haul and GSD as the seem easier in traffic and streets.

  • Depends. I am not a small person, but lifting the GSD over one step eventually did my back in so I made a ramp. But that was more to do with it being an awkward step in a tight gate opening. I'm sure it is possible to lift more sensibly given more space. A friend keeps his in the boot of his Saab estate and has no problems lifting it in and out. Also depends on the accessories as to where you can easily get a hold of it and how the weight is distributed.

GSD is definitely easier to store than an out front cargo bike. And rides more like a regular bike. Plus it will stand up on its arse if you are really pushed for floor space.
