They'll probably not tell you, and over tightening the stem can cause as many problems.
Depending on what your platinum service includes, I'd possibly still charge extra to fit bars with internal routing, especially if your bike has internal routing and/or hydraulics, it can be an awful lot of work.

If they had been in a crash they could be potentially, I guess that’s something they couldn’t necessarily rule out.
They’re easy enough to fit yourself though.
