Yeah I know. Still doesn’t stop them from being shit.

Let those tubes be nothing but a bad memory of stupid innovations. Better for everyone and the planet.
At least your can recycle standard tubes.

what places take tubes for recycling? guessing bike shops but I’ve never seen it advertised

Schwalbe mostly. It’s why we used to solely stock their tubes. You might pay £8/9 for the tube, but in the process we’ll get your old one recycled.

Decathlon in Ealing collects tubes and tyres and bike part scrap. I hope they're actually recycling it.
