On a traditional panelled door? You can just about get away with the Jasper Morrison door knob, but I'd go trad, or even something like the door knobs 6a designed for Izé that were used at Raven Row gallery - https://www.ize.info/product/door-knobs/door-knob--6a-architects-6AK01/ (they're probably mega spendy tho)
