Juno used to have such a trigger happy replacement policy. I once emailed to enquire if they had sent the right record as the tracklisting seemed different to the record I received and I got an email back quickly saying a replacement had been posted out. It's a bit tighter now though and they've asked me to wait on a couple records that hadn't turned up after a week
