Not going to lie - not a fan of the new colour, but all the other work is good.
Keep it simple with white imo.

What's with the floating mini fence? Is there a side gate I can't see?

I think probably one of the challenges is all of the different colours/newness - visually it's quite busy. If you can't take it back to brick then anything other than white is unlikley to help (though understand colour isn't your domain!). It's also all bedding in. Regardless it's gone from a sad house to a happy house from the outside :)

Why not paint it gastropub grey?

Just grow something on it. Generally it all needs to weather a bit and stop looking box-fresh. I suspect the dull light is particularly unflattering in the second picture as well.

Honestly, as paint goes, it doesn’t look half bad, could’ve my badly pebbledash/painted front that gonna cost £££ to remove!

I have a love/hate relationship with the front of ours. We've done quite a bit to it, but mostly out of necessity rather than just for looks. It will get re-painted again this year most likely, 1) because ms_com (who chose the colour) doesn't like the colour and 2) the previous painters were shit and there has been some patching and fixing done since they were round. It's definitely more practical now though.
