Lovely pair of wheels for sale, excellent on a FG/SS commuter or on the track
- Paul Components high-flange, bolt-on hubs 32h black (rear is fixed-free), 130(or 120, see below)/100 OLD
- Laced 3-cross with wheelsmith spokes (butted on the front, plain gauge on the rear)
- Rims are destickered but I'm 95% sure they're Mavic Open Pro. 20mm external, 16mm internal, they'll take up to a 28mm tyre.
- Fixed side is a 17T 1/8" generic track cog (can swap for 18T) with nice chunky lockring (also Paul I think).
- Tyres are 28mm Schwalbe Durano Plus. Rear has some wear, front is still pretty fresh.
- Also includes a 120mm axle to convert the rear hub back to track spacing (instruction video available online)
- (NB the freewheel shown in the photo is not included)
In general these are in really good order. The rims have a small amount of brake wear, but have thousands of miles in them yet. The bearings are smooth and the rims are true. One or two nicks on the rims, but no dents or flat spots. The bolts for attaching the wheels look a bit beaten up, but they're actually fine with a good quality 6mm Allen key.
