current owner has had it since 2017, going to ask about that whole area but I suspect it will be from the previous owner and there won't be any answers. its right at the top of our budget, but I also suspect its going to need some significant electric work too (v old looking consumer unit, most of the hardware around the house looks a bit elderly. not scary, but not recent for sure)
