  • Looked a good young manager for a while, but found it very hard hard to arrest a slump which has seen them winless this year. They're defintely heading for the relegation scrap on current form.

  • They've only played one side below them since the World Cup. After Arsenal away they play Leicester, Southampton, Leeds, West Ham and Wolves. Their only remaining game against a top four team is Spurs, so personally I think they've got enough about them to easily avoid relegation.

I get that bringing in someone new could give them a lift, but equally it can be hard to reverse a decline. I think it depends a lot on who they bring in. Let's hope they don't appoint Hodgson again, which is being suggested in some quarters.

Yeah, I did look at their run in the other day. On paper it's easier, but in reality it's a load of other teams scrapping for their lives. They should have enough to get out of it, but it's by no means a certainty.

  • Also for the most part their losses Have been by one goal. Obviously only losing by 1 goal is the same as 3 regarding points return, but I’d say they are close margins when it comes to opportunities to not lose!

Harsh in my book. The fact they are now talking with Hodgson again feels like a kick in the teeth.

No wins this year and they’re still 12th

I don’t think they’ll go down, manager change or not, but it just feel’s unnecessary.
