  • Perfect thanks, seems like a good price so i've gone for it.

    I heard the tip for running that you should dress for 10 degrees above the ambient temperature to counter heating up. Issue is i haven't run in a long time and will be taking dog with me so will be doing at least 10 minute walk either side to warm up and cool down so think this might work for the pace and distance i'll be covering.

  • If it's just short runs I wouldn't worry too much, just make sure you don't feel overdressed when you get out the door, rather the opposite.
