I had mine built remotely by Really Useful Bikes in Bristol. They specialise in cargo bikes and import Enviolo hubs, so sent down my old wheel and they rebuilt with a new hub, as well as switching sprocket and aligning the interface correctly. This was important as it meant not needing the sprocket tool or fiddling with interface alignment. Back with me in less than a week. Would recommend!
Would also recommend getting the beefiest version of the Enviolo available - I had the Cargo version and it died in less than 1000km. Now I’ve got the Heavy Duty.
Does anyone have recommendations for a wheelbuilder for cargo bike wheels?
I have ordered a replacement rear hub from Enviolo (as my Nuvinci N380 has done its time) - went for the EXTREME hub: https://orders.enviolo.com/collections/hubs
I have personally enjoyed my time with the N380 - not sure why it gets a lot of stick from everyone.
I need a strong 36h rim 26"and a the strong Sapin spokes.
I have used this company to get spokes in the past but it's a bit of a pain to send it all there & back tbh:
