These were acquired/built for this but I've decided that
all 90s touring bikes are rubbishI want to try and erase all memory of thinking that dawes galaxy ownership was a good idea from my memory. This includes the wheels which unfortunately have been tarred with that particular brush.They've done a grand total of 28 miles, two commutes to work and back.
Front is an SP 9x100 QR dynamo, Sapim Race spokes, Kinlin XR22-T rim
Rear is Deore T610 10x135mm QR hub, Sapim Race spokes, Kinlin XR22-RT (asymm) rim. Will take an 11sp mtb cassette or 10sp for most road ones.
Tyres are Panaracer Gravel King SK Plus (with the extra puncture protection layer), set up tubeless with Orange Endurance sealant. Taped up with Stan's tubeless tape.
For the wheels, tyres, valves, 2x skewers - all set up nicely and ready to go, is £200 reasonable? Happy to consider offers without the tyres/valves...
I'm in Camberwell, SE5 - but can post at cost if needed although it will take me a few days to get hold of a box etc.
