I skipped the leisure battery and wired everything in to an EcoFlow 700wh battery bank, with a solar panel on the roof keeping it topped up.

The EcoFlow has an inverter and 3 pin sockets, usb-c pd for my laptop, normal usb and 12v out via 5.5mm socket - I’ve then just wired lights etc in to that.

Can you run a Waeco type fridge for a couple of days from one of these?

I have a solar panel connected so definitely, even without one though I’m sure it would last a couple of days as it has a 700wh battery. Dometic sell a similar one for fridges which is half the capacity.
