  • If it was a car this definitely would not have happened, no-one has ever crashed into a parked car!

  • Driver injures child colliding with a stationary object, so obviously we blame the object.

  • Driver’s fault, slammed straight into a large immobile object, so would’ve needed to be going too fast or not paying attention or both.

    The neighbours complain about nearby low traffic schemes bringing more cars to their street, making it more dangerous. The tremendous irony of their acceptance that having more cars on a road is more dangerous…

    Perhaps bike lockers should have reflectors or other night time aids.

    I hit the same kind of car with a forklift very recently. At the front too.
    The damage was cosmetic (some sensors on his dash but afaik it was only paint), he was going very fast there.
