It's free, and there is a kids 1 mile race starting at (I think, but check first!) 12.30pm

I'm not running, or walking unaided, but I'm trying to talk the family into doing it. Might see you there, I'll be on crutches

Looks great, I'm already committed in Epping Forest for the Orion 15 mile XC.
