I just pledged for the 078s on kickstarter!
Not a lot of info out there, but it seems to be that it's not just a case of big burr little burr, but generally more premium and robust build plus a 400W motor in the 078s. On the other hand the 064s will have lots of burr options while the 078s will have none.
