WTD: XL retro MTB frame or frame & forks

Ideally looking at steel but would consider anything. I have an old Kona but it's just too small really so I'll swap the parts over from that.

I have 2.5 bikes to smoosh into one and need the right frame. Probably sorted for forks actually.

I've got a very good condition 19" Raleigh Tigershark Cro-mo frame+forks any good? I rode it at 5ft 11 32" inseam and plenty to spare.
Can't remember the top tube off hand but could pop wheels back on and measure
