Fair point. However size of operation doesn’t really justify lack of communication. Explaining the delay is easy and quick and would have probably put @ExTra ‘s mind at ease. I still think is worth asking for a discount if you don’t hear back early next week

If it’s a two person operation and the lack of report isn’t causing problems with your purchase I would probably wait a couple more days before going full Karen.
